For the head of the keeper, I was thinking along the line of "Eevee learned Pay Day". Would've been funnier if Eevee had Meowth's Coin on their head. Looks neat as is though.

5:24 I think that is a Kirby reference. The Star Rod. I also remember gushing about the Duskull when I first found it. And another thing to note, any reference to money with Eevee changes the dollar signs to the Pokèyen symbol, such as with Money=power.

Wouldn't it have been better if some costumes could transform Eevee into their respective evolution type? For example, Neptunus could give Eevee the Vaporeon costume and Spoon Bender could give Eevee the Espeon costume.

They aren't costumes because Eevee is planned to have a fully-fledged Eeveelution mechanic at some point in the future that gives the character new abilities, depending on the evolution
