finishing up the engine bay , as far as I can go until the engine gets in, except a few things like radiator power steering, etc. then do a bit of painting and putting of the under dash area back together.

I change my mind a lot, but I get a lot done!
My 1989 LX was totaled in a hit and run. After years of labor and thousands of dollars in good parts (absolutely no eBay crap)..,
I'm forced to move on.
After 3 months of waiting and searching.. I finally found an EX of the 90-91 variety. It was 130 miles away. Had to have it towed. Bought it unseen, except for 5 photos. I was told it had a blown head gasket. That was the least of my problems.. but I see a great adventure and a long road of puzzles and fury ahead.
I had pretty much restored the entire suspension. Progress coilovers, Moog: upper/lower control arms and ball bearings, tie rods, rack and pinion power steering etc.. Rebuilt the SI transmission my self. New wheel hubs and bearings all around. rack and pinion, calipers, breaker lines, rear disc conversion, engine mounts... it goes on and on. I will be going through these parts, and more, in the following weeks and months to come.
This is my salvage adventure. A lot of the parts I'll be swapping, will be common things that need replacing. Not a lot of sedan videos out there, and they're different in so many ways. This is an 89-91 EF civic parts swap guide, kinda, too. (88's can be weird)
This is not a tutorial. I'm not explaining, in any form, detailed repair steps or procedures. I'm basically just thinking out loud, on video. Going through this body swap and beyond. A video journal, if you will... a way for me to remember what I did and how I did it.
I will, however, be giving little tips and tricks as I remember them.

Do you plan on installing an aftermarket alarm system? If so, can you make a video on installing one please?

I totally would, if I was an alarm kind of guy.. I have so many anti thefts built into this thing.. non of which are discussed.. but I will be installing an alarm for the automatic door locks and I will discuss the wiring of all of it during that. It's coming up very soon, as that will be under the dash. Which is ready to go back on. So keep your eyes out.
