yeah i get it.. the program is a program from EF. so contact your local EF and ask if this high school program is already open for students in your country. if it is open, they'll send you to either America or England depending on your choice and what you want to study. So first thing to do is contact your local EF. you won't study in Algeria cuz "International Academy" program is only in America and England, but i'm not sure if it's open for students from Algeria yet tho.

This school is not only for International students. In fact, we try to attract more and more American students… But we currently have less than 10 American students. This school is open to everyone...

Hey man, well, for starters you can try to ask Local EF in Algeria. Ask if EF international Academy program is already open for students in your country yet. then the people in your local EF should be able to guide you through the whole process..
