My leader we've got a problem about the ID's, since I've applied for my id since 04th Oct until today

I did my id last year 04th Oct last year and I got an sms telling me that my id is ready for collection but when I get the they tell me to apply online for collection but when I tell them that I tried to apply online for collection but it doesn't seem to get through and now they tell me that their online collections is until this year Oct and I won't get my id and they know that it's in their premises as they've provided that it's there but I'll have to wait until this year Nov and December because their fully booked for collection this year until October
