You are more than welcome, consider it an invitation, to come have a home-cooked meal in Garrison, ND if you decide you want to fish Lake Sakakawea reservoir. My wife is definitely the best cook on the planet, hands down. My house is open and the lake is primed and ready. No joke. I'll see you at the Bismarck Scheels coming up on the 21st. Looking forward to it. ~Randy

I'm working hard to learn how to catch these fish. Been watching your channel for 2 years, purchased the app, put a LOT of time in, and still not getting bit. PLEASE come fish Lake Cumberland, Laurel Lake, Green River Lake, and later battle the saugeye hybrids at Taylorsville and show me what I'm doing wrong. I'll NEVER give up on 'em! You make catching these fish look far too easy. Stay on the education train. Im soaking up all the knowledge I can from ya! Tight lines, Tom and Mitch ... 👍

If you are still near the MN border try Big Stone Lake. It’s a border lake and It’s also a shallow fishery. Big long lake only about 10 - 12 ft deep max with big fat walleyes

I agree. Tom said he hated fishing shows with no instruction. He created one of the best KZbin fishing videos out there. Now it's just 2 guys catching fish. Of course for money, you can watch the rest.

Great seeing you guys fishing in SD. I live in MN and fish Vermilion often but always make a few trips to the Webster, SD area and Missouri river. And yes there are a ton of hidden gems to get out and catch fish. Surprisingly big fish at times in the smaller shallow lakes too.

Everytime I fish South Dakota it's like 45 mph sustained winds and I curse that state and head back to northern Wisconsin. Get home and realize how good I've got it. I'll still go back though. Prefer the Missouri river. It's a cool state but that damn wind! Enjoyed this one, you guys just crawling along close to shore, that's how it's done.

Do you ever use bottom bouncers/weights on your crawler harness? Have a lake we use them on in 10-12 feet, what’s the best way to drag them?

0.9-1.1 mph. Figure 1 oz per 10’ of depth. Try a slow death hook and even a slow death with a float. Killer rig!
