The Total Consecration to Mary was one of the best things that happend in my life. In this video I explain what can happen when we entrust ourselves to Mary with this consecration by sharing the testimonies of other people.
Disclaimer: The survey that I conducted is not scientific, I do not try to prove that every single person that does this consecration will experience a miracle. Still, the power of this consecration striking.

Have you heard about the Rock of Las Lajas, this Sacred Rock reveals the real image of Mother Mary & Jesus The Rock of Las Lajas is housed within the National Basilica of Colombia 🇨🇴 John 19.27 2 chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

About 2 years ago I was thinking of becoming catholic and did the total consecration to our Lady of Mt Carmel even though I was technically still protestant. A year went by, I had been to RCIA and I was desperate to be received into the church. I did my second consecration to our Lady of Mt Carmel and over the course of those 33 days, my confirmation date was set and I was received into the church 2 days after the feast of Our Lady of Mt Carmel. Totus tuus Maria!

It completely changed my trajectory… I was heading very fast towards death through sex, drugs and rock and roll… I felt our lady calling me over a few months in the most beautiful way.. I always kept a bowl of miraculous medals my grandparents gave me… I eventually did the consecration and words can not explain the change that’s taken place in my soul… drowned with grace is a good term. I am now running weekly consecration Cenacles in a part of Australia and that is riddled with new ageism. Please pray for me!

I underwent the consecration in October 2023, and it transformed me completely. I felt a strong desire to straighten my path, and by December, my sole aspiration was to pursue holiness. This led me to leave my partner and commit to living in chastity until marriage. My mother, Mary, is my guiding teacher. It's challenging to articulate, but the change within me has been profound.

The 33-day consecration to Jesus through Mary was one of my greatest spiritual experiences. It's hard for me to put them into words, but what I have noticed is. I often experience understanding in my soul about spiritual things like charity, obedience, and self-denial. I have also experienced an intense desire to receive Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. Mary led me to a Catholic group whose goal is to become a saint. I become closer to Mary. Whatever I do, I say a hail Mary for her. ❤🥰

My consecration is the best thing I ever did. Mother Mary changed me in so many ways that made my life richer, more joyful, peaceful and loving. She made me kinder and patient, able to be detach from many things of this world. All the effects mentioned in the video according to St Louis de Mounfort are true. She still has a lot of work to do in me but she is so gentle in bringing about the change.

1. The person who does the consecration will gain knowledge of himself, and will understand his own corruption and wickedness; 2. Mary will give him a portion of her faith. 3. Mary will take away all scruples from his heart and will remove all fear from his soul. 4. Mary will equip him with great confidence in her. 5. Mary will communicate with the soul, so that the soul could glorify God. 6. If Mary, the tree of life, is so well-cultivated in the soul, the soul will bear her fruit, Who is Jesus Christ.

I discovered the writings of Louis de Monfort in my mid-twenties while I lived across the street from a Byzantine Chruch. On the side of the church was an icon box with an icon of Mary in it. Saw this icon every day for a few years and did my consecration in front of it on the feast of the Assumption. Over 20 years later I am the only member of my extended family that goes to church and the only one of my friends from the diocesan high school seminary I attended who still practices the faith.

Louis de Monfort: Blasphemous and totally heretic. Many lost the true path because of his writings. Why can't catholics just stick to the only source of God's message, the holy bible.

I did 'The 33 days to morning glory' consecration last year. I prayed the Kolbe prayer and went to sleep. I felt nothing. I awoke thinking, "What have I done? “ That evening I prayed the rosary. While praying I saw myself as a little child in front of Mary who lifted me up and held me in her arms. She was elated and joyful. It was as you had said, that it was as though she had been waiting for this moment. I realised that the rites we perform as catholics have enormous significance in Heaven and in the hearts of Mary and Our Lord Jesus. I have been reading True Devotion to Mary by St Louis de Monfort and getting ready to do the total consecration. I read the ten virtues of the most Holy Virtue in the library on Friday afternoon and I felt such love and devotion for her. I saw a badge or broach with a red centre with a frame of silver or gold rays radiating outwards to be worn as an exterior sign of devotion to Our Lady when helping the homeless. On going outside on to the street everything red was a reminder of Mary, red lettering, red car brake lights...

I have done the 33 day St Louis de Montfort consecration to Jesus through Mary several times. What attracted me to it was what St Louis himself said about it. He said that Consecration to Mary was the quickest, easiest and surest way to holiness. WOW! That blew me away! Being a fairly lazy guy the words “quick” and “easy” had an immediate attraction to me. My wife and I have done it several times and we have found that it works. It works because Mary does the work! Try it and see for yourself. Bleesings to all.

I am trying to understand if the consecration has to be done in a group or on your own? Is it a series of rosters done over the course of a certain period or just one prayer? I don’t even know if my local church do this or offer this? Maybe it’s only done in big American cities with massive parishes? I live in Australia.

After being away from the Catholic church for sometime a friend,after many a conversation introduced me to the true devotion to Mary by St. Louis Demontfort. He said to me this is a book that the devil does not want you to read I smiled, thinking he was exaggerating things thanked him for the book and headed home. (Just so you have an idea our driveway fits four cars in length easily. ) Upon arriving, I took my usual spot which was closest to the house. I open the door and started getting out of the car and recall the book sitting back down I looked around for the book only to realize that there was no book. I thought it on perhaps it had fallen under the seat or in the side so I looked around in the car with no luck. I thought perhaps it fell out when I open the door so I open the door again and looked on the ground under the car. There was no book. At this point, I thought, this is strange, so I went inside to ask my brother to help me find the book. as it was getting dark I took a couple flashlights just to illuminate the surroundings, looking onto the car around the car. Something told me why not look in the hedge, which was next to me. We started searching along the hedge, and the book was in the hedge more than halfway down the driveway suddenly those words came back to me. It is a book the devil does not want you to read. My brother said to me how is it? The book is halfway down the driveway did you throw it there? I picked up the book, went inside and promised to read that book completely. That is one of the many strange events that has happened in my life and still I’m a sinner.

Hello, Elisabeth. First, as a 53 years old man, I´m very happy to see you, a very young person, to have such a strong faith and, more important, willing to share it with others, willing to make Jesus and Mary known to more people in these convulsed society/world of today - we can all do our little part -. I was very surprised (and honored) to see that in the 9 minute mark you read what I wrote to you on Tweeter - later I noticed that I wrote May instead of Mary, sorry!). I´d add to that that conversion is a never ending path; it has also made my faith grow stronger. I really hope this and everything you´re doing will get more and more people closer to Jesus and Mary and, ultimately, to God, the Holy Trinity. God bless you, will pray for you! (I´m from Venezuela. Please, I´d appreciate if you pray for us and my family. Thank you!).🙏

Thank you for this video. It's a good reminder for me because although I do Marian consecration yearly since 2021, I never reflect back on my spiritual journey. Indeed, many things changed. I might be judging myself harshly and always see that I lack faith but man, if compared to two years ago... I now put stronger trust in Jesus! Along the journey I got to learn about the brown scapular, Carmelite saints, Ignatian spiritual exercises, Opus Dei community, lector volunteering. This would have been unthinkable two years ago, when I had bitter resentment to God - I thought He wasn't there when I struggled a lot in the past. But yes, now I can see how the consecration brought me step by step closer to the Lord. And another thing. I do believe that Mary has always been interceding for me because even before I did the consecration, I felt very moved to love God again after veiling my hair and praying the Miraculous chaplet. I think Jesus and Mother Mary patiently waited for me, always with open hands, carefully guiding every step that I take.

In 1987, I met with Mother Mary one night, and i felt a love that i have never felt as a person of the world at the time, that love i hold dear in my heart for all those years now, Mary is the most stunning looking Woman and Mother i have ever met, i am in my 70s now, but each day i still think back to that one moment with Mother Mary, Her words to me before leaving me was this, "I Am Your Mother Now" and She smiled a loving smile towards me, and said "Warn the people to come back to Her Son", when the rays of light came from Her hands and hit me on my chest, i broke into floods of tears as a child, it was not tears of sorrow but tears of loving joy, i hope that one day you will all feel what i felt from a Mother whose Son gave His life for us on the cross, i am no one, but Jesus is the one who waits for your heart to be flesh once more with Him.

Love Mary, love Her with all your heart and soul and She will consecrate you to Herself and Her Immaculate Heart. I love Mary, the everlasting Virgin and I understand and even feel what Saint Elizabeth felt the moment She saw Mary: But why am I so favored, that the Mother of my Lord should come to me? That's exactly how I feel everytime my heart enflames with love and devotion to Her. She consecrate me to Herself by giving me the grace to understand Her more and to love Her more. When that happen, everything about Mary makes your heart dance with joy and love for Her, She will reveal Herself to you and you'll be forever not just Her son or daughter but the joy and honor to be devoted to Her as a servant and slave. Offer Her roses and flowers more often and place them at Her feet, hold Her picture or icon close to your heart when praying and meditating about Her. Kiss the Rosary more often when praying because it's Mary's hand you're holding. Console Her when She's sad, comfort Her when She's worried and be happy for Her when She's in jubilee. She's the most loving and understanding Mother and the most caring and fair Queen. Not to mention how Jesus's Sacred Heart will leap of joy when He sees your devotion to His Mother and how much you love Her.

For two years I prayed the rosary and felt nothing. In fact I began to feel worse. And yet there was a draw to continue. I spoke to my confessor about this and he said this was a good thing because I was being purified. In that period I had learned Mary was helping remove my deficiencies. I have made several consecrations since then (33days, Mary’s mantle, immaculate conception) but not the total consecration. This explanation of St. Louis makes me consider wether it’s time to start. What you’ve described has/is happening to me and I still feel as if there is something she wants me to discover.

So...I'm reading St. Louis's True Devotion as we speak. Researching for a presentation I want to make on the rosary. I enrolled in the Confraternity of the Brown Scapular soon after I reconverted, but recently took a page out of Gabi After Hours Marian Consecration advice. I've been saying 3 rosaries a day with a few other devotions added in as well. I don't know what St. Louis's consecration looks like yet but I've experienced many of the same effects that are testified to here. Just thought I'd share. Ave Maria 👑✝️

After one completes the total consecration to Jesus through Mary, what prayers or devotions do we do next...?

You try to remember everyday that you are consecrated to Mary. One could pray the Rosary more often or in general before you pray or do something to say in your head that your doing it "through Mary" in a sense. Maybe this video will help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJyclneid6mXesk

If you do the consecration, you might consider wearing an outward sign of it. St. Louis de Montfort wrote this about perhaps a bracelet or other small chain: THE WEARING OF LITTLE CHAINS (by St. Louis de Montfort) It is very praiseworthy and helpful for those who have become slaves of Jesus in Mary to wear, in token of their slavery of love, a little chain blessed with a special blessing. It is perfectly true, these external tokens are not essential and may very well be dispensed with by those who have made this consecration. Nevertheless, I cannot help but give the warmest approval to those who wear them. They show they have shaken off the shameful chains of the slavery of the devil, in which original sin and perhaps actual sin had bound them, and have willingly taken upon themselves the glorious slavery of Jesus Christ. Like St. Paul, they glory in the chains they wear for Christ. For though these chains are made only of iron they are far more glorious and precious than all the gold ornaments worn by monarchs. At one time, nothing was considered more contemptible than the Cross. Now this sacred wood has become the most glorious symbol of the Christian faith. Similarly, nothing was more ignoble in the sight of the ancients, and even today nothing is more degrading among unbelievers than the chains of Jesus Christ. But among Christians nothing is more glorious than these chains, because by them Christians are liberated and kept free from the ignoble shackles of sin and the devil. Thus set free, we are bound to Jesus and Mary not by compulsion and force like galley-slaves, but by charity and love as children are to their parents. "I shall draw them to me by chains of love" said God Most High speaking through the prophet. Consequently, these chains are as strong as death, and in a way stronger than death, for those who wear them faithfully till the end of their life. For though death destroys and corrupts their body, it will not destroy the chains of their slavery, since these, being of metal, will not easily corrupt. It may be that on the day of their resurrection, that momentous day of final judgment, these chains, still clinging to their bones, will contribute to their glorification and be transformed into chains of light and splendour. Happy then, a thousand times happy, are the illustrious slaves of Jesus in Mary who bear their chains even to the grave. Here are the reasons for wearing these chains: (a) They remind a Christian of the promises of his baptism and the perfect renewal of these commitments made in his consecration. They remind him of his strict obligation to adhere faithfully to them. A man's actions are prompted more frequently by his senses than by pure faith and so he can easily forget his duties towards God if he has no external reminder of them. These little chains are a wonderful aid in recalling the bonds of sin and the slavery of the devil from which baptism has freed him. At the same time, they remind him of the dependence on Jesus promised at baptism and ratified when by consecration he renewed these promises. Why is it that so many Christians do not think of their baptismal vows and behave with as much licence as unbelievers who have promised nothing to God? One explanation is that they do not wear external sign to remind them of these vows. (b) These chains prove they are not ashamed of being the servants and slaves of Jesus and that they reject the deadly bondage of the world, of sin and of the devil. (c) They are a guarantee and protection against enslavement by sin and the devil. For we must of necessity choose to wear either the chains of sin and damnation or the chains of love and salvation. Dear friend, break the chains of sin and of sinners, of the world and the worldly, of the devil and his satellites. "Cast their yoke of death far from us." To use the words of the Holy Spirit, let us put our feet into his glorious shackles and our neck into his chains. Let us bow down our shoulders in submission to the yoke of Wisdom incarnate, Jesus Christ, and let us not be upset by the burden of his chains. Notice how before saying these words the Holy Spirit prepares us to accept his serious advice, "Hearken, my son," he says, "receive a counsel of understanding and do not spurn this counsel of mine." Allow me here, my dear friend, to join the Holy Spirit in giving you the same counsel, "These chains are the chains of salvation". As our Lord on the cross draws all men to himself, whether they will it or not, he will draw sinners by the fetters of their sins and submit them like galley-slaves and devils to his eternal anger and avenging justice. But he will draw the just, especially in these latter days, by the chains of love. These loving slaves of Christ may wear their chains around the neck, on their arms, round the waist or round the ankles. Fr. Vincent Caraffa, seventh General of the Society of Jesus, who died a holy death in 1643, carried an iron band round his ankles as a symbol of his holy servitude and he used to say that his greatest regret was that he could not drag a chain around in public. Mother Agnes of Jesus, of whom we have already spoken, wore a chain around her waist. Others have worn it round the neck, in atonement for the pearl necklaces they wore in the world. Others have worn chains round their arms to remind them, as they worked with their hands, that they are the slaves of Jesus.

I understand your concern and I would never promote re-marriage as canonical divorce is not possible (Matthew 19:6). However, sometimes a legal divorce might be necessary (eg. in cases of domestic abuse or when the other person lost their faith and wants to remarry). And of cource the Catholic partner can't remarry after a legal divorce

Many people won't read this comment because it is a long one.. i apologize for that Here is your potato 🥔 I tried to be devited to Mary in my first steps in faith, and also i read Montforts book about how to do that devotion. I was struggling with it and couldn't give my whole heart to Mary out of fear that i will do an idolatry... that whole concept and Monforts mindset, and his taughts about Mary just wasn't fitting for my heart. (At least in that period) It took me a while to understand that this is sort of devotion that i want to have because of the promises of saints and all the taughts saints had about Mary, (and my desire for holiness) I was something i wanted to do but not what Holy Spirit wanted me to do And fruits in my heart, like peace and feeling closer to God confirmed it to me later I have "inner protestant" who wants to read scripture and put the foundation and mindset that Jesus and apostles had, (that is something all serious Catholics should doo too) and today im proud on it, im really glad God gaved me that little desire for truthful devotion to God alone, with respect for saints and desire to have blessings similar to theirs My heart has much better response on taking part of gospel dayli, or couple of times a week, and thinking about it, or to pray a Jesus prayer, sometimes just to spend day in inner silence or gratitude.. That inner silence is sometimes the best Holly Spirit can give me for peace Mary is like a sister to me. And it is biblically accurate too "Brothers and sisters of blessed Mary of mountain Carmel" is full name of Carmelite order who is specially devoted to her My Best advice for begginers is Eucharist, Confession, Adoration and Bible with listening inner voice of God As st Faustina said Listening Holy Spirit is the fastest way to Hollynes ❤️ Thank you for reading this 😊🥔

Huh... this video is 2years old. I'm now preparing for a consecration, and it pops up by 'accident'. I did not really understand the 'slave to Mary' thing. And I was thinking about that a lot, what does it mean in life. And then one day I pray the rosary and I look at a figurine of a heavy laden donkey. Part of my Christmas decoration, but for some reason I feel represented by that donkey so I did not put it away but have it visible all year round. Anyway, I pray the rosary, look at my donkey and suddenly it clicks: I'm Marys donkey! The one that brought her out to Bethlehem to birth Jesus. The one that helped them escape to egypt. I don't think that image is fitting for all people, but really, I find it so peaceful. St. Joseph leading the way, Mother Mary on my back, carrying the Christ Child in her womb or her arms. And I just have to put one foot in front of the other, and carry them to the people.

@wesleysimelane3423
@wesleysimelane3423 7 ай бұрын
@@BiblicalBookworm Only briefly. What catholics have come up with is mithraism re-packaged. You look at all the glories, titles, doctrines and dogmas pertaining to Mary you practically have a religion in and of itself. There's not nearly enough information in Scripture regarding Mary to come up with all of that. This is Mariology out of control. Kind of like a snowball rolling down a snowy hill, it keeps getting bigger and bigger as time goes by. There seems to be no end to the exalting of Mary. Though there's catholic apologists that will tell us all those things of Mary have been taught for 2000 years, which is a blatant lie. This goes way beyond veneration. And Catholics wonder why they get accused of worshiping Mary. This stuff isn't found in Scripture. It is the result of man-made traditions over the centuries.
