I'm a Japanene SAKUGA-lover and I think it's a little sad that almost no Japanene anime fans appreciate SAKUGA's greatness, even though those works are made in Japan. They pay attention to characters' charms, stories and voice actors, (of cource these are also important) but they don't to the animation(sakuga)s. Nowadays animator's working condition is terrible because of the incredibly low wages for their job. I always hope such conditions are improved and cool Japan animes flourish more in the world. Sorry for my long comment!

@reiito87275 жыл бұрын
@Someone Don't come talk about animation or sakuga, if you say that Mob have trash animation, you don't know anything about it ... . Mob Psycho 100 have probably the most insane animation in term of consistency and technics in at least the last few years. Mob Psycho 100 features a great amount of incredible animator in each episode. What you are talking about is not the animation, it's the character design learn the difference ..... Each episode of Mob contain more animation than 95% of most of the show we have. Bones took the " Mob Psycho" project seriously as it was a way for the animator to go all out by showing their full potential .........

Everyone is talking about the amazing animation but the editing you've done is almost just as impressive syncing all these shots to music not even composed for it. When music syncs with animation it is usually that they have made the animation according to the music or vice versa, but neither the music or animation were created with this intention in mind, you have masterfully put them together as if they were made for each other (the choice of using future funk definately doesn't hurt either). Great job.

That one of the things I appreciate and love about Japanese cel animation particularly in action. It has this wonderful sense of the dynamic and even now (judging how contemporary some of these clips look) they still continue to push what can be done with hand-drawn animation. Not hating on CGI and cel-shaded animation. But there's just something to seeing things like this done by hand. Great and inspiring vid. Love the choice of music style too.

The guy who put these videos together...underrated my friend. Much love. The animators in these clips...bless them. 💎 ALSO...For people commenting about *why* or *how* Sakuga doesn't have as much *Love, Appreciation, or understandment, HERES how we change that :* I think part of the reason is because not enough people talk about *"SAKUGA"* ....especially in a trending way to make it sound like it's a "popular" regular thing anime fans are supposed to talk about. So many people miss the appreciation because they *do not* understand the effort, or even realize the word exist, let alone even know the true meaning of the word even if they have heard of it. They just enjoy the "eye candy". (Speaking globally.) Once you * *(us individually & together in the anime community)* * start posting, talking, and make it so we never shut up about *specifically* "Sakuga" and what it is, the meaning, the work, and *posting constant clips, gifs, memes, etc.* of *"Sakuga Specific"* topics (especially if you're an anime infleuncer) then *I'M SURE* the world (and every anime fan who follows every anime influenecer), as well as the gens to come will catch on (or tricked) into thinking "Sakuga" is a *big thing* you have to have knowledge on in order to be a "real-fan" of anime. Once you can get the community to start thinking that way, *WATCH* , all these people will start acting like sheep to *"Follow the Trend"* ..and BOOM. You have finally spread awareness of Sakuga & and made it a popular *"common-knowledge"* topic in the anime community. :) Then we can FINALLY see the growth of *awareness AND appreciation* for Sakuga to finally be recognized wholesomly (=^.^=)

You are the first youtuber i ever felt the need to check the about page for. I make AMVs and your compilations are priceless. Now i know what a MAD is and what Sakuga means. As a fluent japanese speaker its very interesting to learn about. I appreciate what you do so much.

This is what makes animated movies and shows much darker much cooler and more better I'm surprised to see some disney and non anime footage here as well without anime none of this would have happened the unlikely looking effects just make everything better as characters' life'Etc just play with magic like they own it. it's very mysterious to be having such a great experience like this and I love my own animation company called dark media studios which makes anime and non anime fuse into something much more and will hopefully make fans have a big lifetime think how popular Disney is and how I matters up to this day even in Japan and guess what anime and animation are like brothers and sisters no matter what the odds

That Atlantis movie is one of my favorites. Had fantastic music in addition to effects. Such a shame it never got the sequel it deserved.

Erm maaad respect to uploader for this awesome awesome list. I love the 80s and 90s animations so much. The attention to details and motions are so perfect, considering their limitations to effects back then.
