Thanks @billblanchette3604. You are absolutely right. If you are creating a presentation from scratch, you must start in Outline view. Put your thoughts as an outline. Heading styles are automatically applied. Once you finish adding the topics and sub-topics, show only level 1. Then use Shift Alt Up / Down to rearrange the topics (and your thoughts). Thanks @___Saint for the feedback. Yes. This is a Word for browser feature. Save the file on OneDrive. Open it in browser using Word and you will get the Export to PPT option. You can just create your slides, go to the design tab , selct all the slides in the standard view (slides on left, single large slide on right) and selcet a design. This will apply to all slides. I thought this was going to be about setting the slides to the same one designer suggests for one slide. There is a way, this is not it.
