🇫🇷 Repeatedly listen to the pronunciation of native speakers, and it will really improve your French listening level!
The recording will be played four times in total. First, it will be played twice, and you can guess what the recording is about. Then the recording will be played twice, and the subtitles will be displayed on the screen, so you can check the answers.

This is the most useful video I have come across. I appreciate the opportunity to listen/guess twice before the English is presented and the additional opportunity to hear once the translation has been spoken. It is helpful while paying attention to the screen or while doing other things. That little "ding" is also great to bring attention back. So awesome. Thank you.

Of the various KZbin listening programs for French, I think this format is the best. What I would like, however, is for the phrases to be grouped in a more useful order. For example, take the same phrase and present it in each commonly used tense. This allow the student to absorb the subtle differences between tenses. Similarly, you might take the same phrase and change the pronouns or the main noun. The point is to take the same basic phrase and alter only one or two elements so the student can compare and contrast. This is how adults learn.

Very well done! Natural pronunciation. Number of repetitions and interval between the sentences are just perfect! Emphasis given to the target language - French! That's what I was looking for!

This could be really useful if the speaker used a proper inflection according to the text spoken. A question should rise at the end for example and losing something should sound like you are upset about it. These clips all sound the same to me. You need an actress to do this so that context is heard by the listener. It will aid interpretation and learning. I intend this criticism to be positive as the concept is really good.

I wish there was a version where the English translation was not spoken aloud. I think the direct method is so much better

The lst speaker's voice is not clear but the 2nd speaker's voice in English is fine. The first person speaking has a voice that seems muffled. .
