Amazing vid Géraldine. Learning French through "real life" phrases is always better than trying to learn boring grammar rules or memorise vocabulary. If any of you here want to improve your French speaking, my tip would be to insert French into your daily life. As you are brushing your teeth, studying, working, doing anything - make French sentences about what you are doing. My Students have found that via doing this they are learning French without even trying! Géraldine's videos are some of the best on KZbin - keep watching them and try out speaking little by little to improve. Hope that's helpful - Rory :)

Yes please continue with this format- it's very helpful! The phrases are useful and even though I knew two thirds of them, it's different to hear the fast-spoken version and learn to speak it. The longer sentences were a challenge! Bravo!

I’m a native English speaker, I started self-teaching myself French a month ago, but I haven’t been keeping up with it. So I’m back on KZbin trying to jump-start my learning and I’ve gotta say: French is kind of easy. I do almost great with the pronunciation, EXCEPT the R’s! I’m trying to find an easier way for me to pronounce the R’s perfectly but it’s kind of difficult. Merci beaucoup, Mme Geraldine ! J'espère qu'un jour je pourrai parler couramment et en toute confiance le français à n'importe qui et à n'importe qui avec l'une de mes langues préférées :)🩵
