didn't see XP in any of these, nor the ability to use mods, did everything in the video, still wont work.

How do you include mods to the server?

nvm, I found it. you copy the modlist from you main games Sandbox/Mods and set up a Mod folder in your Dedicated Servers/Sandbox folder.
