Best technique I've seen so far. I think this should be the standard. I love how using fingers and water to blend (rather than a V paint technique) provides such a smooth gradient result. Thank you!

@@jennanavarro4727 awww I'm sure it looks sooo pretty! If you ever wanna take out the yellow or orange you should put your blonde hair against anything that's white so you can tell if its yellow or orange if its orange and yellow like you say you should wash it with something that has blue tone to it so it can kill the orange! I watch brad mondo videos lol and I am trying to do ombre but I'm scared 🤣

Can you achieve a light shade on dark hair while using this technique with foil? Also, does the water dilute the lightener, and can we alter the formula to compensate for dilution?
@RyanWeeden5 жыл бұрын
Excellent question! Personally, I wouldn't do this technique on a client with dark hair. The water will dilute the product and the final result will probably be warm and brassy. This technique is great for clients that already have lighter hair on the mids and ends and just want to brighten up the overall look.
@kristenjones66152 жыл бұрын
Can this be done on already bleached ends

@@RyanWeeden hello. How about if we do this same technique but reverse the method? Like applying the bleach 1st, then the rooth color?
@Mel-mo2ix5 жыл бұрын
Wow. That's really fantastic! I love this technique. I will ask by our shop, if they, are fit and ready to do it this way instead of the normal kind they proceed. Love your work!! I have a question too: I have 60cm long hair, how many cm do you recommend to use for the first step up to the brightened part? My natural blond part growed now ca 3,5cm and it's a bit dark as the other colored part in toffee blond. At the end i have the bleached blond, which isn't high from ends up to middle part. Brightened part is maybe less than 1/3 of the full length of my hairs...
@RyanWeeden5 жыл бұрын
I would be careful doing wet balayage over darker hair, because it might cause excess warmth. It's a great way for brightening up blonde or dirty brown ends and that's primarily what I use it for.
@Mel-mo2ix5 жыл бұрын
@@RyanWeeden thank you very much for your answer. I will see how I can let do my hairs next time. I will take some pictures before and after and let you know how they made their work. 🥰♥️ But I think they will do old techniques. We will see :D
