you won't remember anything without effort lol your whole brain hates learning it hates spending resources it always calculates you would need a great reward and great reason ti escape something to feel constantly that's it's worth it but your brain gets bored soon of this one reason

The way that I perceive his words: Greatness doesn’t need effort in the sense that a human shouldn’t have to force himself to be something he’s not. This is especially true at the highest level. This is actually what Kapil is all about, his branding. “Siddah performance”. The people at the pinnacle never had to change themselves to be that. They just happened to be so. And it required no other effort from their part. What seems like effort to you, came easy to them I personally use the Philosophical concept of determinism and the concept of the cogito when listening to Kapil speak. It makes more sense that way. Kapil view on things is unique, and one can never be sure exactly what he’s getting at
