Efforts and Results

It was apparently a very strange observation when Swami praised a 'bad student' and was strict on a 'good student'. But then, the Guru/God is able to see that which normal eyes cannot. This revelation is also a liberating thought because it helps us learn how to go about our daily grind without getting frustrated, fearful or anxious.

Sairam Brother. My whole childhood went with this pressure to score good marks but the max I could score was 50 to 60%. But in seva and all balavikas programs every one use to appreciate me. Now Swami blessed a very good career compared to all other toppers of my batch. Happy what ever I have now. It is only Swami who understands the bhava. Thank you for making this video. Great msg from bagvan. Good narration brother aravind. Such incidents being shared energises the soul, mind and body. Bagvan looks at efforts, thats what he said as Rama and krishna. Not look at results but to do our best in efforts , results are not to be sought. I remember working for a corporate when the bosses would fix a target for the year and we used to get nervous breakdown getting the target. We used to pray to get the impossible target to be reduced. But it would not happen. But later when i started praying swami , putting my best efforts, doing homework, approaching clients as if i am approaching swami, i used to achieve my over all target , sometime 100% sometimes 90% only twice it was in 85% when recession was going on all over. The company too knew. When i turn back and see, i passed out by bagvans grace as effort was put and i stopped focusing on result. I come home and offer everything done to swami each day telling him to take care of my target so that i can survive . He saved me in many occasions whenever i tuned to him internally. Sometimes some clients wouldnt budge then i thot that was good for me, later they would come and give business sometimes they never turned up, all for good. Now when i turn around and see, whatever i have today in material as well as in spiritual world is cause of bagvan, i have gratitude towards him, to keep me in balance in both material and spiritual world.. Each one gets as per his capacity, 65% or 91% its the effort that is more important . Thank you for sharing. Let us all see, breath, do everything for swami dedicating all work. I was watching Sir, Issac tiggrests video were he asks swami whether to stop everything and come down to parthi, but swami says do business for sometime. He was founder of Hardrock cafe and later bagvan blessed him to start house of blues, so each one is given as per his past and present karma and efforts put by individual thinking of bagvan only. om sai ram

Really it is such a liberating thought. The line that you told he made happy the who should be made happy is such a nice line. I am always worried about saying no to my friends or other people because I feel that they will be unhappy and they will probably break their friendship with me. But through this line, it gives me so much strength that I do not need to please the world at all in order for me to be happy, I just need to please the one who controls the entire universe. Also through this just one video, I got three beautiful messages, about not wasting food carelessly, about giving 100 percent and just making Swami happy. Thank you so much. Sai Ram

I am going through a tough phase, where I need to give my 100% to study and crack a job in another 29 days of time, despite being in current job (Manager informed to search for a job outside the organization just 4 days ago). Though there was some tension internally and I knew what I had to do, focus on studying and prepare rigorously for interviews, this came to me .. I have no words to express my gratitude to SWAMI.. I have been preparing for NIMHANS entrance exam to get into PhD and as you mentioned I always keep worrying about the results.. half of the time I would develop anxiety and forget whatever that I had prepared for the exam. It was a timely advice for me by Swami through you..😇 That results doesn't matter much.. but effort taken to prepare for exam is very important. Thank you once again..🙏
