Never try and tow a motorcycle like that. The handle bars will turn and you will fall like the guy did. you are better off just pushing it. if the battery is dead and needs a jump start you get a person behind the bike to push it to jump start and hopefully find a hill to go down. Again never try to tow a harley with straps to the handle bars or forks.
