I have the original habu sts but it's still in the box until early summer time, while you're maneuvering your habu ss I'm maneuvering a Troy built snowblower lol 🥶 we have a good 21/2 ft of the pretty white stuff! Well that sucks having to move all that snow. People down here(natives) think ohh the snow is so pretty! And yes I say it is pretty at first, wait until it turns to gray slush and you have to work out in it everyday! I is not so pretty then. Then again Fla seems like a paradise to most but believe me IT IS NOT! any ways we got these planes to fly and work on!!!! Thanks for the visit! God Bless you all!

That thing gets in the air quick on 6S. The thrust reverse is cool. I have the Habu STS and am amazed at how well it glides.

That hardest thing with the SS and the STS are just getting the planes out of the sky, They just don't want to land! ...LOL

Yes you can, just careful with grass and debri getting in the intake. i would also line the belly with packing tape to take the damage for you.

Curious, is your 6S 3200mAh placement as per instructions? Haven’t flow my Habu SS either (due to the white stuff for now am practicing on rc sim). However, another YT’er says recommended battery placement is much too far forward for anything less than1/4 mi. runways AND impossible to flare on landings (not clear which battery he was using, the 4S or 6S battery). Balanced CG wld suggest far forward placement. I’m an intermediate prop flyer. Thoughts appreciated!

I place my 3200 6s a little further back in the straps. Stay tuned I will taking this bird out this weekend 12th and doing another video on her. I will show my cg.

Actually yes for me, And that is because its the furthest from my comfort zone that is all. More practice and flights(when work and weather let me) then it will seem more fun and less intimidating! The Eflite EC-1500 used to really stress me out, Now I dont give it a second thought.

How do u activate reverse thrust?

Through the AVIAN programming menu. You have a very short time to get into the menu once you plug in the battery. Its like fifteen seconds . If you miss it then you must unplug the battery and try again here is a video to help you.: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6nTdJKagtBrepo
