Hello sir, thank you for the explanation although I have many doubts. I work for a solar panel installation company and we recently started installing the 18KPV inverter kit and 2 EG4 batteries. My simple question is: what should be the optimal configuration for this installation, since all the information I have seen does not indicate optimal values that should be used. So we just turned on the system and it says its status is Normal, but I notice that the batteries discharge very quickly. thank you for your time. I wrote to you from Dallas, Tx.

I was struggling to figure out why I couldn't get the self consumption working prior to find this. Kudo's to the dev's and product managers for this update. It's well designed and should be the default configuration page imo.

For my system, the best update you guys can do for the 6000xp and 18k is to add a tab to remotely trigger the RSD. You could program one of the output switches so it could be wired in parallel with the RSD switch. I have a Ring camera pointing at my inverters and batteries and am adding one to show my PV. I have wired a wifi thermostat fan output to a relay that I can remotely trigger. That way, I can RSD my system should I see an issue on the cameras from anywhere. My "retrofit" works just fine, but it would be easier if it was built into the EG4 app and inverters, just saying..... The hard part would be figuring out how to turn the RSD back on once it was triggered. My stat setup is powered off the grid, so when the RSD is triggered, my stat/relay doesn’t lose power. I can turn everything back on as easy as i turned it off.
