Egao no Ashita e... - Matsuura Yuki [KAN/ROM/EN Lyrics]

My birthday was on the 14th so I figured I'd post a favorite song of mine as a present to myself again this year! lol
This song is a bit weird in that the lyrics are clearly "egao no mirai e," and the title is written with that same kanji, and yet the title is very clearly specified to be pronounced "egao no ashita e" instead. 🤷‍♀️

I'm Umeko, a longtime Ojamajo Doremi fan! I'm an American expat currently living in Japan, where I teach English.
Owaranai Monogatari was originally a lyrics website I created for the 10th anniversary of the final episode of Ojamajo Doremi, but at the time I became too busy to keep up with website updates and ultimately I misplaced everything except the text translations! So now I'm using those text translations to create lyrics videos (color-coded where applicable).
I'm experienced with fan translations but not so much with video editing, so please don't judge me too harshly on that front haha.

This song always reminds me of this old Doremi fansite called "Royal Patraine" because the first time I've ever heard it was through the site's music player. Finally seeing a translation of its lyrics is like a freshening of my nostalgia, thank you so much!
