This is a good precaution so that you can throw that egg if it is defective.

In addition to the cooking which looks utterly delicious , im amazed how clean everything is and how focused they are, and how they are able to kneel for such a long period of time. I would have a cramp. I love hearing the birds tweeting and chirping in the back ground. The precision by which they prepare the food. All done in silence, quiet meditation. Amazing! 💛👍

Whoa finally, someone who open and put the eggs one by one, that's the way a should be done, my father teach me this when I was little, this is in case one of the eggs is bad you don't damage the already open ones, when eggs get pick every day and 100's of eggs are left behind on hide spots each day without being seen until found when does happen you buy fresh but when open has been with veins blood some watery eggs are bad too the taste smell bad.
