Sliced Onion 2 No | 120 gm
Sliced Garlic 8 to 10 cloves | 30 gm
Tamarind Pulp 3 tbsp | 50 ml
Lemon Juice of Half Lemon + Water 2 tbsp | 30 ml
Salt 1 tbsp + Water 2 tbsp | 30 ml
Dry Red Chilli 15 No + Oil 1tbsp | 20 ml
Corriander Leaf to garnish
Oil to deep fry Onion and Garlic
