Just to tell you, even you make normal dosa (of course if you are not making regularly) 1st one can be messed up as the temperature of tawa should take a while to adjust. I would like to give you a tip just sprinkle some water in pan before putting batter and let it evaporate it will make opt temperature 😊🖤! Definitely would love to support small businesses and I highly appreciate the way you do.

Drizzle/splash some water with hand on pan after every dosa,cools off the temp and makes the batter spreading easierrrr

Will be trying this next time. Thank you for the recipe . You can make dosa batter at home: 2:1 urad daal and rice and 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds wash and soak for 2-4 hours. Grind in mixy and keep overnight to ferment. Its super easy man

#WearFam Love watching your vlogs Aanam... ❤ Thanks for showing how u make Egg Dosa as it's not a thing I knew up until I started watching ur vlogs (years ago) as you've mentioned the same earlier as well. Might try them out soon 😊 Just one suggestion..i generally do make dosas at home (not egg but normal masala dosas) & I always use this one brand of dosa batter named "Rishta". I'm sure it would be available there in Mumbai too. Try this out. There is no problem with this batter ever. Loads of love to you alwaysss... 🥰😘😊
