@@meenasudha8589 Yes add it little or you can batter malai for fresh cream at home. Additional I used very fine chopped green chillies instead of red chilli powder. Try it, it turned out to be lip smacking dish. Serve it with ring onion salad and plain pranthas.

Wonderful recipe and beautifully presented with exciting music. When I would make it, I would lightly fry the boiled egg halves in butter from both sides. 2- in the gravy I would add a little hung curd, it gives a slight tinge to taste. 3- in garnish, along with coriander I would add 2-3 leaves of mint too. it will give a slight twist to the flavour.

Hi there! You can add chilly pwd and garam masala when ur frying onions, masalas should be fried cause sometimes you may get raw taste of it.
