1/2 small red onion.
a small bunch of parsley.
4 hard-boiled eggs.
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
1 clove of garlic.
4 slices of bread.
butter.
Optionals :
cheese , chives , sweet chilli flakes.
