Eggless brownie | 2 types of brownie | chocolate eggless brownie | brownie without chocolate
Brownie (with chocolate) :
Take 120 gm dark chocolate or milk chocolate
Roughly chop it
Add 1/2 cup butter(salted or unsalted)
Melt it with double boiler or microwave it for 1 minute together… the mix it with spoon continuously till it melt properly if find and lumps then microwave again for 30 min.
Now let it cool for 10 min
Preheat oven at 180’C for 10 min
Put sieve and add 1 cup refined flour (maida)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Sieve it together
Mix 3/4 cup milk ( room temperature) gradually
Pour in mould and garnish with chopped walnuts
Put it in oven and bake it for 40 minutes at 180’C
BROWNIE (without chocolate)::
Preheat oven at 180’C for 10 min
Ready your cake mould first.
Put a sieve on big bowl
Add 1 cup powdered sugar, sieve it
Now mix 1/2 cup oil
Mix it properly. If u need then u can add 2 tbsp milk to properly mix sugar .
Add 1 cup refined flour( maida) or whole wheat flour
3/4 cup ( pona cup ) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Sieve it all together.
Add 1/2 cup milk gradually
Mix it
Bake cake at 180’C for 45 minutes.
Check it with tooth pick
