Eggless Custard Cream Bun Recipe in Tamil | Making Cream Buns without Oven in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make custard cream bun recipe in tamil. These buns can be made either in a pan or can be steamed and these buns can be made perfectly without oven. Since we are making this bun recipe without using eggs it can be enjoyed by everyone. The custard filling in the middle can be replaced with sweetened coconut flakes or any other filling for a wide variety of stuffed bun recipes. Steamed bun have a mildly stretchy and chewy texture which is interesting while the pan recipe makes bun which are fluffy with a typical hard exterior.

Ingredients: makes 10 Custard cream buns
3/4 cup+1 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Yeast
2.5 cup Maida
1/4 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
First rest for 1.30 hr to 2 hr
second rest 30-40 min
For the Eggless Custard cream:
2.5 tbsp Custard powder
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Milk
