Hi chef. I've few questions. Since butter based cakes get hard during vinters. So do we ask the client to microwave it for fifteen to twenty seconds before eating ? I'm afraid that the butter in buttercream might melt. Please suggest. What to do? How to measure 1.5gram in tsp? For the frosting, Oreo crumbs is with cream or without cream? For the syrup, what's the quantity of water and vanilla essence?

Hi ask your client to keep the cake at room temperature for an hour before consuming. For bakery style result i would recommend you to purchase a micro meter from amazon it helps in the precise measurements of ingredient. Ill measure and send you the tsp conversion. For the frosting use oreo without cream
