Hi shivesh 1. For making whipped chocolate ganache can we use the whisk instead of electric hand mixer? 2. how to make chocolate ganache for cake using whipping cream?
@manavsyal61103 жыл бұрын
I am a chef by trade and the easiest way to make a ganache is to melt the chocolate in bowl while you whisk the cream to hard peaks in the other and then fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate in three parts which basically means diving the whipped cream into three equals parts and then adding it in three parts .
