I feel like putting the "Angel Island Revisited" sub-title after "Eggman" just makes me think this game takes place after Sonic 3, where Eggman makes a crusade to undo the efforts Sonic and Co. made on the island, and finally take it over.

This reminds me of the old platform games before (and for a while after) Sonic the Hedgehog came out and completely redefined the platform genre. Robotnik is quite limited in his moveset: he's much slower and can't jump as high, and he can't roll, spindash or attack enemies from below. (One thing he has in his favour over Sonic though, is that he can kill the enemies with spikes without being invincible or waiting for the spikes to disappear.) But in a curious way, it seems to make the game quite fun, more of a thinking platformer than the usual simple high-speed thrill. What happens if you collect the Sonic items?

What is this, this is basically Sonic, but replaced with Eggman (and new cutscenes). Why is Eggman killing his friends? They are made by Eggman and should be his homies, why is Eggman collecting rings, and exploring through all the levels like Sonic? Bro this is how it's supposed to go! Eggman comes to Angel Island and starts to place enemies down, some Item Monitors, some springs, and Controllable Island. Like what do you think, who made the entire obstacles? Of course, it's Eggman, it's not like the Jungle made it. So as soon he comes to Angel Island he places things down to stop Sonic from coming, and making a custom Controllable Island for him to control! It's like those Monkey Balloon games, but being able to fly. Also since this is a Demo, in a future update there should be the player as Eggman fighting Sonic. Now what I said maybe wrong because you didn't explain anything about the game, all information for us to know was to figure out from the video!
