Garlic powder
Minced meat 350g
1 onion
Half a pepper
Parsley
Salt, pepper, 5g ginger, sweet paprika, 4g cumin
Tomato paste (1 small spoon)
Tomato puree 200g
Water 80 ml
Cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese 200g
Parmesan 40g
Origan
30g tomato puree (on the surface)
Bake at 180 ° C (350 ° F) for 35-40 minutes in total.

@@saporidoriente Domanda: se le melanzane fossero tagliate piu' fine, diciamo 1/2 cm, diventerebbero piu' flessibili e diminuirebbe il tempo di cottura. Giusto?
