✔INGREDIENTS:
2 medium aubergines (700g)
Salt water
🔹
Olive oil
1 onion
1 pepper
Minced meat 350g
2 cloves of garlic
Cumin
salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika
Tomato puree 200g
Water 100g
Fresh parsley
Tomato paste 1 large spoon
🔹
Grated mozzarella for pizza 120g
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grated Parmesan or flakes 70g
1 fior di latte mozzarella
1st cooking: Bake at 180°C ( 356°F ) for about 20-25 minutes
2nd cooking: put it back in the oven at 180°C (356°F ) for about 15 minutes.

Если не заморачиваться с закручиванием в рулет, а просто переложить слоями, будет гораздо проще и то же самое по вкусу. Но, конечно, не так нарядно.

@@irener.3849 Да, и в готовом виде на блюде, уже подавая на порционную тарелку и употребляя эту еду, будет эстетичнее смотреться.. При всей вкусности данного рецепта - внешний вид во время употрбления (после нарезки порционного кусочка данного рулета, вид совсем не очень на тарелке... ), увы ((((.
