The field of medicine is always evolving, learning and adapting as new information is established. One evolution in this regard pertains to eggs. For decades, doctors have told patients to avoid eggs, and the relatively high level of cholesterol that they contain. But recent research has established that eating egg does not increase cholesterol levels.. The reason for this opens a fascinating window on how the body works and reacts and adjusts to what we eat. Bottom line, eggs are good for us. Find out why in this episode of Matters of the Heart, featuring Pentucket Medical cardiologists Sunny Srivastava and Seth Bilazarian.

All the white matter in the brain, ALL the sex organs and even Testosterone are made from Cholesterol. We consider High Cholesterol to be over 275, but even if it's over that, Cholesterol isn't the problem. Something else is going on.

If your cholesterol is perfect don't expect that is all you need to know. Unfortunately a lot of people don't ask the doctors to test to things vitamin D level and C-reactive protein. C reactive protein it's crucial to have it low your blood cholesterol could be perfect and yet you could die if your C-reactive protein is too high because it is a measure of inflammation in your body and the reason why I say check your vitamin D level is because if it is too low your C-reactive protein is too high get your vitamin D level up to standards and watch your C-reactive protein go right down to normal that is what happened to me a year ago I asked the doctor to check my C reactive protein and my vitamin D so he prescribed me to have 5000 international units of my vitamin D and after I did that for a month or so my C reactive protein went to normal so it's important to do your own research before you depend on doctors all the time they're in perfect they make mistakes and I've seen more doctors have killed people and I've seen more doctors have helped people

@@Richard-ii7dk Just think if the same people that had smoked and had died would have lived longer I always get my seed reactive protein checked because you can have the best cholesterol ever going but your C-reactive protein High you still can get a heart attack and in that case bring it down with your vitamin D3 and K2

@@kaimanapro5054 Same. Because eggs are full of protein. Also raw or salted almonds are a great snack that keep you full.

I was on statins for well over a year. My cognitive function was failing and I had had a stroke. I have started to have a few raw eggs as part of my breakfast. I drink them down with a little lemon and hot sauce and love them! My cognitive function is improving! And magically I no longer have ED

You could have perfect blood work your cholesterol could be perfect and yet you could die of a heart attack because if your C-reactive protein which is the measurement in your blood for inflammation is too high that could be a big problem people with perfect cholesterol have died from a very high C-reactive protein and a good way to get that down is to go on at least 5,000 mg to your vitamin D daily with K2 if you're taking calcium and your blood pressure is high it's because you have to use the Catalyst and that is your vitamin D3 and K2 to take the calcium out of your blood and put it in your phones were you need it otherwise you're going to have high blood pressure
