Thank you Nana. I was working at a hotel in east legon for 2 yrs.i was only on a night shift from 10pm-6am. I eat anything at 12midnight or even 2am. I was just mixing sausages, soft drinks and others. My first time I checked mp bp was 270/150. The doctors were even surprised. My egfr 64 which means I had kidney infection. It took me a lot of money and discipline.my pressure is now a bit better 130/98. Nobody eat meat in the house My wife is always listening to you. God bless you Nana
