I tried learning Japanese but it’s really hard because they have a different word for everything! 🤪 (Seriously, get the “Google Translate” or “Papago” app to translate the comments!)

For those who aren't trying this because you don't have the cookie cutter, YOU DON'T NEED ONE. Tried this by shaping it with my hand and the counter (shaped the entire though into a loaf and not by breaking into pieces as shown). This is still the best foolproof biscuit recipe I've ever tried.
Sometimes I wonder where Japanese get their creativity from.....

I’m not one to believe it this: but I once was at a,paranormal convention and there was someone with a map that explained why so many inventions come from Japan: young spirits. I don’t believe in it myself, but it was a harmless take on it.

just make a square log and pinch the middle a bit to form the shape , you don't need a cookie cutter!

you don't need a cutter, go for it! you could make a paper stencil and cut around with a knife if you need to, or just make a log and shape it.
