A P. I like her , but I'm not crazy about this song, nor do I feel like we need another Macy Grey or Erica Bado (sp); however, I will check out "Honey For Wounds". She's incredibly talented, don't get me wrong, but I hate to hear artist that are too close sounding to what is already unique, special or different. She's also beautiful, I love and prefer dark women-I may end up eating my own words. Thank you for your recommendation

If you have to switch up from what u know and what got you to the point you're at, why change just to stand out? That would be disingenuous at best. I think there's enough room for everyone. And, I have to agree; however, it wouldn't hurt to deviate slightly, even if its just showcasing a slight rapping style or even utilizing another form of music. For example, you don't hear much from rapper XIBIT, and I'm not assuming that you like hip hop, but as a 54 year old who grew up on it he's one of the few artist I've ever heard and seen that utilized classical music to his rhymes.
