i wonder what kind of house do the most Japanese have because Yuki-san was so surprised when eguchi said he cohabited with kou-chan before. in my country, single people usually live together with their friends/colleagues - sharing rent/don’t want to feel lonely/etc.

Same here, it's weirder to live alone than with other ppl, probably its bc japaneses houses use to be pretty small and its more expensive and hard to find a house with multiple rooms

Probably because they used the term 'dosei' wc means cohabitation as in couple cohabiting before marriage vs the term 'dokyo' wc means just living together. Im not 100% sure about this as i just learned this from a BL manga i read before but yeah, thats prolly that.
