This is a quick recipe to one of the greatest Nigerian dish of all time. I am so excited to be sharing this simple but golden recipe with you, and I hope you enjoy it with so much love.

Ingredients are in order of use
- Palm Oil
- Onions
- Blended pepper (a combination of - 1 bell pepper/tatashe, 6 small sweet peppers or shunbo, 2 tomatoes, 4 red peppers/atarodo).
- Whole gray fish (not blended).
- Pomo/cow skin
- Goat meat 9or fish, chicken, and even turkey as preferred).
- Stock water (from the cooked meat).
- Salt, Maggie, blended season (herbal mix or Mrs. Dash original seasoning blend) to taste.
- 1 cup of Egusi (mixed into paste like texture).
- Snail (optional).
- Dried fish/stock fish (optional).
- Crabs (optional).
- Crayfish powder/blended.
- Ugu leaves/fluted pumpkin leaves (or other vegetable of choice).
- Water as needed through the cooking process.
