So actually if Jen would have used all the Ra's Disciples to summon Obelisk and not the tokens in game 2 I believe it would have worked because Ra's Disciple says "Cannot be Tributed, except for the Tribute Summon of "Slifer the Sky Dragon", "Obelisk the Tormentor", or "The Winged Dragon of Ra".

Now I know I mentioned the Nordic Gods already. But I also realized this afterwards. It'd be interesting to also see an Earthbound Immortal Boss Battle as they are also known as the Earthbound Gods. This would allow for a sort of Battle of the Gods series consisting of Nordic Gods, Egyption Gods, Wicked Gods, and Earthbound Gods while also including the Sacred Beasts.

It wasn't because of battle mania you couldn't tribute for oblisk effect. It's because Ra's disciple cannot be tributed except for a tribute summon of the Egyptian gods. So if you would have tribute summon obelisk by tributing Ra's disciples you could have treated the two tokens you had left

My series recommendation sounds more complicated that it actually is. Basically, both of you will pick 4 decks that you have previously used in a versus. Reveal the chosen decks to each other, both choose one to eliminate from the other. Then first one to win with all 3 of the remaining decks win. (You choose which deck to use and when. Could be too long but can shorten by playing best 2 of 3 using each deck once.)

Obviously Ra’s Disciple effect has been explained in the comments already, it unfortunately has some shitty limitations, which is why Konami needs to make a Slifer’s and Obelisk’s Disciple that isn’t as limiting as Ra
