Egyptian Predatory Beetles ( Anthia Sexmaculata ) Feeding

One thing I noticed about predatory beetles and even having reptiles with sand in it it's always and indigestion old problem what I do with my predatorial Beatles is I have these Pebbles that I put inside of the tank instead of sand so that I can clearly see that the predatory of beetle has a way to eat it completely without it being submerged in sand as it is being torn apart

They are amazing! It is always fascinating to watch them fight their prey. Thanks for the fantastic video, mate. Hey, Alan, I hope I won't be intruding on your private life if I ask you about whether you were successful to find a new job or not. I was out of work for about 3 years and ten months because the company I was with closed its doors for good. I just managed to find one about a fortnight ago and already had two interviews with this new company. They accepted me and am due to start working there in the coming fortnight. I just hope that you were/will be just as successful as I am as well. Am keeping my fingers crossed and sparing a thought and some hope for you.

+Dustin Cross Unfortunately it’s impossible to breed these in captivity. The female lays her larvae in a termite mount, because it’s the perfect temperature for them to hatch

+Maximus Kelf-Vermeulen You need height and floor space. Centipede are very good at escaping 😊 If you’re centipede is 20cm long. You need double the height 40cm or 50cm

The Spiderman can predatory beetles survive at room temperature or do they need a heat pad. Please let me know as soon as you can. And what substrate would you recommend sand or coco fibre substrate.

SGReptiles I would probably say no mate. The beetles come from egypt which is a hot country. And the best substrate is sand which is show in my video 😊
