no offense, but... and this goes out to ALL interviewers - whether they are trying to be stars themselves or not - but viewers come here FOR THE SUBJECT of the interview; we would rather see a big picture of Ross at least 90% of the time rather than a split screen with... well, your face too. This sounds cruel but no one cares what you look like while asking questions. We can see you every once in a while, but everyone knows why we really clicked on this video.
