I think they were originally supposed to film back to back sometime last year, but Adele Lim left the project because of a massive pay disparity that was revealed between her and the co-writer (as she SHOULD, he was reportedly paid nearly 10x more and the studio is absolute trash for that) so that’s probably a huge part of the delay + covid obviously
