Cherry blossom biomes were added in 1.20 and you obtain a piglin head by getting a piglin to the overworld then getting it killed by a charged creeper.

The trial key, you need to use it on the trial spawner to unlock it and you will be rewarded some recourses for completing the spawner.

No you don't, you use the trial key to unlock Vaults, which have some pretty awesome loot such as diamonds, enchanted armor and tools, etc.
