Timestamps : 1:17 - Run #1 10:00 - Run #2 18:30 - Run #3 27:05 - Run #4 (where i fucked up, lures died) 35:55 - Run #5 44:36- Run #6 Additional info : 1) Time management during lure gathering - You have about 15 seconds (rough estimate) during the teralyst energy spike (from the moment the limb breaks to when he stands up and shield becomes vulnerable again). In these 15 seconds, you have to take a lure, come back to teralyst, proc shadow and get a wisp (prioritise getting wisp in case you can't proc shadow) before you shoot the shield. - During the teralyst heal phase (from the moment the last limb breaks to when he gets up again and becomes vulnerable to damage), you have roughly 45 seconds to get 5 lures. Try your best to get the remaining lures within this time frame. If you are missing lure(s) when the teralyst is captured, let your team know. Either the DPS grabs the missing lure(s) or you can grab the missing lure(s) during the heal phase. - Repeating the same info again, get 2 lures for your DPS to charge. Get the remaining 5 during tera heal phase. If you have less than 5 lures after the heal phase is over, let your team know how many lures missing and head to shrine to place shard. Don't waste time looking for lure if you don't see any. Get the missing lures during heal phase. 2) Vom spawn locations to charge during gantu heal phase (examples at time stamps) - Hill spawn (if eidolon spawns on close right or mid of lake) : 4:57 , 5:07 , 14:35 , 22:51 - Camp spawn (if eidolon spawns on close left or far side of lake) : 40:29, 40:41, 49:12 - Ask help from DPS in case you have problems charging your lures ** Editor's note : -Lure gatherer is in my opinion the hardest to learn among the 3 vs roles (the other 2 roles are volt and harrow). I would personally recommend playing volt or harrow to get the "muscle memory" or experience of playing vs. Playing lure gatherer (Wisp or Trin) is just adding another task (which is gatherign lures) in your vs roles. However, if you plan on learning trin/wisp first as vs, i hope this video helps you out on your journey to learning/improving as a lure gatherer. Hey dude, awesome vid? I’m wisp main myself on console and just got into 5x3s. Very fun role. But I noticed you mainly shoot replak? Can you explain the logic behind this ? For consistency?

Because raplak can reach 93% cc and propa is 80% ( ofc with shadow and certus )

Hi. Thanks for watching. Raplak has a higher crit chance compared to propa (as mentioned by fluorescent) whereas propa has a higher base damage compared to raplak. Usually, in a stack of 8 vs, the first 4-5 stacks I would use propa shots (2-3 for water shields and the rest for the first few shields). For the remaining shields, I would go for raplak as I would have a relatively high VS stack (> x12) and I want that higher crit chance. In terms of consistency, I think raplak becomes "consistent" one-shots if you have a high VS stack (and with shadow + wisp of cos). Also, raplak is a good backup shot in case you missed the timing for propa or you are in a bad position (far from shield). Since propa has a delay before explosion and short travel distance whereas raplak is instant hit scan and a range of 100 m(?), I mainly shoot raplak if I have a problem in my positioning or if I arrive late at shield.

whenever you dash from shrine to far spawn, i noticed you didnt drop any pads. do you guys coordinate who dashes first so you conserve pads better? also, occasionally, during down phase of terry, lures do NOT spawn.. i go insane when this happens. doesnt happen often, but when it does i feel helpless. any clue why this happens? i am on console btw.

1. for far spawn dash : we don't coordinate who dashes first/places pad. everyone places their own pad. however, if you somehow manage to be in range of ur teammate's pad aoe, then just continue dashing and leech ur teammate's pad :D. 2. for lure spawns : there's a cap to lure spawns. 8 or 9(the extra if it's the spawn with 2 lures) if im not mistaken. if lure(s) don't spawn in your lure route, it/they must have spawned elsewhere on the map. if it is not the last run (approaching sunrise), just pick up the remaining lure after hydrolyst is down.

Aaron Wong oh no. Within terry range. I drop two off with dps, help shields, down phase comes, I go to closest lure spawns and zero. I am on console, and ping is much higher but I still don’t see how this could effect spawns. It drives me crazy when this happens.

@austin quick , the highest ping i've ever played on was 320 ms. And im playing on PC (not sure if there's a huge difference of how loading assets work between PC and console). But i rarely play on > 200 ms hosts so I have a small sample to work on. I had no problems with lure spawns. But I do notice a slight delay when reaching lure spawn points. Usually you can see them while you are relatively high up in the air. But sometimes I have to go towards the ground to have them appear. Is there an optimize cache option available on console ? Haha. Maybe try doing that. But if it still frequently occurs, either skip 3rd tera shield phase and start looking for lures or let your DPS/host know if you don't see lures.
