to the drivers defense, i can say that the RS200 transmission isn't easy to shift with. You have to be very fast when shifting and it's not always he can throttle blip it. And the grinding noise is kinda normal in an RS200, trust me, my dad owns the EX Iversen/Glomma Papp RX RS200, and i've seen how he shifts, he also makes those mistakes as the driver here did. Even tho my dad has owned it since 2005 he still makes mistakes *im sorry if my english isn't to good since im Norwegian*

that has happened multiple times when i've been riding shotgun in my dads RS200, they are really hard to shift, so that grinding noise you hear is "normal"

Those grinding down shifts ouch!!! Best to heel and toe or rev match or blip shift. Those gear cogs/ dog gears won't last long on that x track transmission. Grinding every time on the downshifts is not good. Every person that races at that level should have the ability to heel and toe or rev match the gears. Tansmission wont last long on reliability terms.

There are 3 positions on the red stick. 37/63 AWD, 50/50 4WD and rear wheel drive.

looks like first gear istn syncronised in this gearbox, and maybe throttle blip wont help into first gear? Never drove a car with first gear as a driving gear, so i think its just no other way to avoid this.
