It certainly is a different take on the original song You're sampling. Although in my head, I'm being a mixed message about what the female vocals are actually saying when things combined with the original I'm Blue lyrics. But to me, let's just a personal thing. It's a really great song, and I like what you did. A person getting over depression by going out and forcing themselves to have fun, or it could be a person with a potential bipolar disorder just enjoying their life. Either way, it's a really good song.

I like to imagine that both songs are from the same guy at different points in their life. Where I'm Blue may be from when they were a teen or young adult struggling with depression, I'm Good is from them when they're in their late 20s-early 30s and are fully able to handle their depression, and can finally feel good.
