I'm primarily a photographer but am tech headed, so I get asked to tech for my photographer friends sometimes. I've been using capture one professionally for a long time, I'm not an expert by any means, but I'm very comfortable with the software, shortcuts, troubleshooting, etc. But I just learned some things I never knew from you vid. Thanks for the info and knowledge! What about seeing an image for compare variant that is in another folder while shooting?

Unfortunately that is not currently possible, and I would really like capture one to add this feature. My current workaround is to command+drag to copy the image into the other folder, or to set up a smart album that will show images from both folders (I usually use the display Name field for this since I almost always include folder names in my file names)

when you have all the images selected cpt 1 generates previews for every single file, therefore processor speed takes a hit
