I always wondered why literally no one in america uses "Full Body Protection". I see only JPC and MPC. No neck cover; no groin cover; even no sides armor. (i hope my english is not so bad)

In America people do, it's just heavy and uncomfortable. I've seen FBP used in CQB, like building raids and shit, but if you're on deployment for a long time, typically, you want something lighter that makes it easy to sit and walk in.

What you're seeing here is a Spec Ops unit, their modus operandi is " Speed, Surprise, and Violence of Action ". This requires a balance of weight v. mobility. Other practitioners will use side armor. Not many military units use neck and shoulder protection, it isn't rated for rifle rounds.
