1:10 After all these years, I had no idea those strange melodies on Karma Coma were actually Tuvan throat singers - just incredible!

Massive Attack is criminally overlooked regarding sampling. Well not by you obviously. Awesome video! ❤

thanks again for your efforts. That SIngles 90-98 compilation I got from back in the day definitely needs some re-listening after your videos

Wow for some reason I thought after Blue Lines they moved to using less samples, but looks like it was still samples all the way down. Please do Mezzanine :)

It would be great if you made a video showing the samples of the soundtrack from the Pizza Tower video game. Amazing video, by the way. 🙂😁

Anyone know where the “one more tune” sample is from at the start of Light My Fire? There’s another at the end of the track I’d like to know too but not sure what is actually said - something about Equator?? Pretty sure that was the name of a Soundsystem but not sure.

It's a live recording, so I always imagined that it was just Daddy G at the start. At the end it could go into an old recording of... kzbin.info/www/bejne/e4m5k3WAabZ9Z6M

@@Farns77 Thank you so much! I went through loads of old magazine scans from the Protection era and the only info I could find was that Light My Fire was Horace’s favourite warm up track. They performed the song live a few times and in Israel too (if I remember correctly) - killer performance of it too, Mushroom had the “one more tune” sample on vinyl.
