We’re Dean & Nala, and we’ve been best friends since December 2018. I was cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet - but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike. However, despite my concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto my shoulder. Since then, we’ve been travelling the world together. Nala reminds me of my neighbours cat. He visited me when I was in pain with line of duty injuries & when he was with me I forgot my pain. I miss little puss alot. He was like a communal cat & always there to offer comfort in exchange for a small snack & a drink. He usually just walked into my home & made him self at home. Cats are amazing & I feel they have a form of healing power.

I live in New Zealand. We have wet and windy cold winters here. I like the castle visit. Scotland is steeped in history. New Zealand is a young country so we don't have a rich history like yours. Nala is the cutest cat.

If I had one wish I would wish somebody would drop me off there & leave me until I was no more... I'm sorry that you're getting so much rain ...The Castle was awesome.. I used to watch Outlander just to look at the beauty .. the green of Scotland .. The Castles.. I told one of my friends I can see you Dean in a kilt belonging to one of the Clans.. Nala's quite a traveler she just seems to adapt to whatever comes her way.. I thought the place where you stayed was a unique warm room.. I do feel happy knowing that both of you have a place to stay that is warm an dry instead of the tent or between two trees.. Although it does look great to see You & Nala on the bike occasionally. Watching you drive without wipers reminds me of the first of the two Beetles that I owned. It was fuses that were the problem. I'd put a new fuse in and sometimes it would last a week and sometimes it would blow the first time I turned the wipers on. No one could figure out the reason why, so I always carried some spares, but I remember doing a lot of driving in those days without the benefit of wipers. Had some scary times. So be careful, you two.
