it's not quite been 6 years for me, I think I only found you around your never lost world cover, but even then your eine kleine cover was one of my favorites. listening to this doesn't even feel nostalgic since I've been listening to your songs so constantly but damn it's a testament to how good your art has become: the brand new beautiful video, the impressive lyrics from david that didn't hesitate to keep the good old lines and came up with even more powerful stuff, the frankly beautiful and cool arrangement and of course will's voice carries more emotions than it ever has. Overall, it's more polish, more personality, more emotion, more smiles and tears from me, I hope all of you guys are proud, I think you should be

i can’t begin to explain how much this song paired with your voice means to me. i’ve come a long way with my mental health and my view on this world. it’s changed and morphed into unimaginable things and forms. this song however, accompanied by a select few others, bring me to a time of peace. when i was first exploring everything. a time of true peace. i didn’t know it then of course. i was so dramatic then. and i believed that i “knew” the things that adults told me i would “understand when i’m older” i thought i was different. i thought that i was the exception. i thought i was mature. i wasn’t. this cover makes me think back to those times and gives me my sense of self back. that there’s still so much more for me out there and that even tho the sky changes every moment, along with everything under the sun, this cover will always be the same. and so will the other songs worthy of standing next to this one.

This remake reminds me of a memory you can remember only partially and you remember some of the parts wrong. Like the first cover is the original memory and this cover is what you can remember and the parts that you fill in. Massive compliment BTW, I adore this remake

This is beautiful!! This was one of the first songs of yours that I listened to when I was going through all the Kagepro stuff, to the point I actually though it was part of the project for a bit! It’s really amazing to me, hearing how much you’ve improved here and how your singing has changed. I’m really glad you remade it, it’s really a test to your skill and practice! I’ve only heard this song in piano, so I was blown away by how well it went with guitar- I never would’ve thought about it. I’m really, truly impressed by this cover, which might not mean much considering I love every cover of yours… but it really is remarkable!! the original eine kleine cover is one of those songs i always come back to. it wasn’t the first cover of yours i listened to (what feels like a million years ago atp), but it was the…second one actually-and the one that got me to _stay._ a lot’s happened in six years, good and terrible-hell i graduated high school _and_ university in that time? _hello???_ im grateful to have been there then, and to still be here now. it might seem insignificant and god is it so hard to convey through _text in a youtube comment,_ but seeing your continued growth and success makes me so happy! i’m excited to give this a listen the first chance i have once i’m on break

This song is one of the best I've heard in a long while. It reminded how grateful I should be for what I have now since I could've never had them before. Last year I lived in a homeless shelter and then a hotel for a while, and didn't have many people that I could talk about it too. But now I'm surrounded by people that I can call my closest friends. Being in the homeless shelter was probably the most depressed I'd ever been. But now, just a year later, I'm probably the happiest I've ever been.

I just thought the OG song was some melancholy melody about love and stuff. I didn't expect this with a revamp of it.
