I bought this chainsaw cause i really don't like gasoline powered tools since are dirty loud and need a lot of maintenance. This chainsaw is just perfect for what i need, since i don't need to collect fire wood but just wood for handles, it just need the battery charged and is ready to go

The stall-outs only occur when you force the chainsaw. Never force it. Let the blade do the cutting. It is designed to cut using the weight of the saw and should never need to be forced.

The stalling is due the size battery your using, we have the same issue if we use the 2,5 AM on the grinder/SDS

*Coming up on having had this saw for a year....am a casual user and bought it to cut up sections for bowl blanks. Easy to start, **Bestfor.Garden** also recommend even after storage for a couple of months. Simple chain tension adjustment. Just cut up some 20" Osage Orange, including ripping bolts in half (at an angle). Like butter!*

considering you were using only a 2ah battery it did pretty well... i only use 3ah or 4ah for all my einhell kit... you can work for longer and you have more power 😉

Hello i write in italian. Ho questa piccola sega elettrica e devo dire che e' stupenda. ho tagliato oltre 30 quintali di legna di eucalipto con piena soddisfazione. a vederla sembra un giocattolo,ma non e' cosi. quello che chiede sono un set di batterie, ma poi ti paga con prestazioni senza rumore e fumo di scarico.manutenzione semplice e basso consumo olio catena. stupenda ed efficace.

Grandioso! Si sembra un giocattolo ma in verità lavora alla grande, non è un sostituto per un professionista ma ottimo per chi come me taglia legna una o due volte all'anno e non deve stare dietro a candele miscele e olio

Slightly but not really. Fitting a bigger fuel tank on a car will not increase the power of it's engine. BUT The power delivered by a battery decreases slowly when you're usnig it, until it drops suddenly when almost empty. Using a battery with a bigger capacity will extend time you can use your device at nearly full power. Moreover, the internal resistance of a battery increases when you ask it more current (A), so the internal lost of power is relative to the battery's capacity. It means that a bigger battery looses less power in heat than a bigger one. This is why a 6 Amp/h battery lasts more than twice a 3 Amp/h one on duty. If a battery gets warm on duty, you can say that it has too small capacity relatively of the instant power you ask from it (or it's too old). A Lithium battery should stay almost cold on duty except when almost empty. Avoiding deep discharge will extend its life span (charge-discharge cycles count). So you should never use a battery long enough to get it hot. It is also possible to choose a battery with higher discharge capacity (C), but it's more expensive and usually this feature is not indicated on such cordless devices proprietary batteries (often 20C shitty batteries. A good battery turns around 40C-80C).

@@julienrobert3138 I have no experience with this saw, but the fuel tank comparison is not accurate. Batteries with a higher capacity can give a higher current than batteries with a lower capacity.

Just a cheap vegetable oil for chainsaw, nothing fancy

Is actually pretty light but needs strenght just for cutting big logs, if is used to cut branches is quite easy
